Riassunto
Sono passati quattro anni dalle conseguenze di Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, e una grande tensione ora brucia in tutto il mondo devastato di Azeroth. Mentre le razze consumate dalla battaglia iniziano a ricostruire i loro regni distrutti, nuove minacce, sia antiche che minacciose, sorgono per affliggere il mondo ancora una volta. World of Warcraft è un gioco di ruolo online ambientato nel premiato universo di Warcraft. Pratica varie abilità commerciali per trovare reagenti, creare e migliorare oggetti personalizzati, acquisire ricchezza attraverso il commercio con altri giocatori e altro ancora. Acquista biglietti per viaggiare lungo una serie di rotte aeree volate da creature come Gryphons e Wyverns. Per il trasporto globale, viaggia in barca o con il Goblin Zeppelin. Una volta raggiunto un certo livello, i giocatori possono scegliere di acquistare cavalcature personali permanenti, come Dire Wolves e Cavalli. Stabilire una gilda, acquistare un tabarro di gilda personalizzato e promuovere o degradare le reclute a diversi gradi all'interno della gilda. Individuare e coinvolgere altri giocatori con caratteristiche e strumenti facili da usare, tra cui canali di chat, liste di amici ed espressioni animate e udibili dei personaggi. Trama
Intenzionata a colonizzare l'arida regione di Durotar, la nuova Orda di Thrall ha allargato le sue fila, invitando i Forsaken non morti a unirsi a orchi, tauren e troll. Nel frattempo, nani, gnomi e gli antichi elfi della notte giurarono la loro lealtà ad una rinvigorita Alleanza, guidata dal regno umano di Stormwind. Dopo che il re di Stormwind, Varian Wrynn, scomparve misteriosamente, l'Highlord Bolvar Fordragon servì come reggente, ma il suo servizio fu rovinato dalle manipolazioni e dal controllo mentale del drago nero Onyxia, che governava travestito da nobildonna umana. Mentre gli eroi indagavano sulle manipolazioni di Onyxia, antichi nemici riemersero nelle terre di tutto il mondo per minacciare sia l'Orda che l'Alleanza.

Now a decade old the gameplay simply requires the player to go to location X, kill Y, and collect a set number of Z over and over until you gain enough XP to level up your character.There is no nuance to the combat or skilful platforming required with the game only rewarding the player for the amount of time they spend glued to their screen. Virtually every game in the genre has copied World of Warcraft but that is down to its sales success not the quality of its gameplay I'm afraid.

I have enjoyed the game and hope it will be worth giving a 9 in the future.

World in which you travel is absolutely huge- you can spend hours when travelling foot from point a to b. Enviroments have a great deal of variety, so you won't get bored when travelling, and the cartoonish art desing just beats out the competition. The lore of the game is in league in it's own too, it fills actual books, and the backround story and events are genuinely interesting. Music is epic. The gameplay is quite repetitive, that i must confess, but it's more hooking than anything i've ever played. You WILL get hooked to this game, and propably waste couple of your years because of it. This is not the best game ever made, but it's damn near close. Don't buy it. Don't waste your precious life.
