Rising Hell è un roguelike ad azione verticale con l'heavy metal che scorre nelle vene. Nato dal matrimonio scellerato di studi indie indonesiani, Rising Hell è sviluppato da Tahoe Games e pubblicato da Toge Productions.
Rising Hell vi mette nei panni di Arok, un peccatore con il misterioso potere di uccidere i demoni. Combattete attraverso l'orda di Belial e fuggite dall'inferno mentre sbloccate nuovi personaggi e talenti per creare il caos nel paesaggio infernale generato in modo casuale e in continua evoluzione.
Riff heavy-metal e follia pixelata vi accompagneranno mentre combattete per uscire dalle profondità dell'inferno infuocato, affrontando la tana di Belzebù piena di insetti e altre fosse infernali con diverse creature, boss e trappole viventi in agguato. Combo a catena, manovre di salto e creazione di talenti saranno la chiave per aiutarvi a uscire dall'inferno in questo platform verticale adrenalinico.

Overall Rising Hell is a fun experience. The three different characters and the large number of talents and relics give the game some needed depth and variety, although the unlock system is too stingy. The unique hellbreak move gives the game a fast-paced arcadey feel, but other elements really slow it down, like the awkward movement. The pixel hell that was created for the game does look stunning, and for the price of $10 US, I think it’s definitely worth a try for roguelite fans, or if you’ve ever wanted to try climbing a tower full of demons while headbanging.
Rising Hell is a fun, challenging roguelite that is perfect for those with a full schedule. It’s not as expansive as some of the other roguelites available, but it’s still a great bit of fun and well worth a buy if you are looking for something new to try.
